- 5 jalapeño peppers
- 5 slices bacon, no sugar added
- 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened at room temperature
- 1/4 cup shredded cheese (Cheddar, Colby or Monterey Jack)
- 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
Instructions
- Slice jalapeños in half lengthwise.
- Use a spoon to scoop out seeds and pulp.
- Spread cream cheese into each pepper half.
- Press a big pinch of shredded cheese into cream cheese.
- Cut bacon strips in half.
- Wrap each pepper half in bacon, covering the cheese.
- Sprinkle with chili powder.
- Arrange peppers in the air fryer basket. Leave room for air to circulate.
- Air fry at 400°F for 15 minutes.
