- 1 cup water
- 1 cup sweetener
- 2 teaspoons orange zest (optional)
Instructions
- Place all ingredients into a saucepan.
- Bring to a boil. Stir constantly.
- Reduce heat and simmer. Sauce is ready when cranberry skins burst open.
- Continue simmering until cranberry sauce reaches desired consistency.
Notes
- Rinse cranberries before use. They can be quite dirty.
