Just 3 simple ingredients: cauliflower, butter and cream

Step 1: Cut cauliflower into large florets.

Step 2: Steam cauliflower florets.

Step 3: Mash steamed cauliflower with cream and butter.

Step 4:  Puree cauliflower until fluffy and smooth.

Step 5: Stir over low heat for a few minutes to allow excess water to evaporate.
