Description

These keto air fried pork chops are made with a secret ingredient and seasoned with a savory spice rub for extra juicy, delicious pork chops with minimal prep.


Ingredients

  • 2 boneless pork chops, 1 inch thick
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F.
  2. In a small bowl mix together spices.
  3. Coat pork chops with mayonnaise on both sides.
  4. Season both sides with spice mix.
  5. Air fry pork chops for 5 minutes at 375°F.
  6. Flip pork chops over and cook 5 minutes more at 375°F.
  7. Finish pork chops in the hot air fryer for 5 more minutes after cooking.
