  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons salted butter
  • salt and pepper to taste


  1. Melt butter in pan over medium heat.
  2. Swirl melted butter to coat pan.
  3. Crack eggs into pan.
  4. Cook until whites begin to solidify.
  5. Gently flip over with a spatula.
  6. Cook just until whites set and are opaque.
