Ingredients
- 28 asparagus spears
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- a pinch of salt
- 2 slices of bacon (no sugar added)
Instructions
- Rinse asparagus.
- Trim off bottom ends to fit air fryer basket.
- Pat each asparagus dry with a clean towel.
- Season asparagus in a shallow bowl with oil, salt and your favorite seasonings. Toss to coat.
- Cut bacon strips in half.
- Wrap a half strip of bacon around the middle of 7 asparagus stalks, making a bundle. Tuck the loose end of the bacon strip under the bundle.
- Arrange asparagus bundles in the air fryer basket, leaving room in between each bundle for air to circulate and crisp the asparagus bacon bundles.
- Air fry at 375°F for 10 -15 minutes depending on how crispy you like your bacon.
