Instructions
How to cook zucchini in an air fryer
Step 1: Cut zucchini into ½ inch shapes.
Step 2: In a medium bowl, add zucchini, salt and olive oil.
Step 3: Toss until evenly coated.
Step 4: Add sliced zucchini to the air fryer basket. Air fry zucchini 5 minutes at 400°F.
Step 5: Use tongs to stir zucchini slices so that they cook evenly in the hot air.
Step 6: Air fry 5 more minutes at 400°F or until fork tender.
Step 7: Use tongs to transfer hot zucchini pieces to a serving plate.
Step 8: Serve hot.
Serving suggestions
Season with salt and ground black pepper and serve as a side dish. Try a dipping sauce of ranch dressing.
Storage
Leftover zucchini can be stored in an air tight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat by air frying for 1 minute.
